Shipping – All prices on the website include shipping inside Australia.  Please take this in to considerate when comparing RRP prices to other stores,  as there really is no such thing as “free delivery” it has to either be built into the products price or charged separately which we don’t. A lot of stores may have cheaper RRP price but when at checkout price increases when large postal charges.

* Certain furniture products, cots and mattress may incur a freight surcharge , on top of the RRP price.  If this is applicable you will be notified at time of purchase.

Order Processing – if address, email, name or complete shipping details are missing we will endeavour to contact you.  If we have failed to reach you by all contact means given at the time of order, after 2 weeks item purchase will be refunded and order cancelled.

* If an item is out of stock temporarily we will also contact you to notify you of estimated delivery dates.

Return Policy – All goods which are returned in the original packaging and have not been opened or used can be returned for a store credit.

We do not refund for incorrect choice.

Exchanges can be completed by post, but you must pay for the postage.

If asked to facilitate a special custom order on a product not currently stocked, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.  If products are faulty warranty process will apply.

Furniture delivery – some of the furniture products sold on this store are shipped directly from the manufacturer. At time of order I will advise tracking number, and courier to be used for delivery. * All furniture deliveries must have a residential or business address for shipping. No PO Boxes allowed as delivery is signed and receipted.

* Freight surcharge may apply is item is being sent to regional areas.  This is on top of the RRP price and you will be notified when processing the order is this charge applies.

Warranties – most product lines come with a 12 month product manufacturers warranty. All warranties will be dealt with manufacturer or distributor directly, if you need help with contact numbers, or explanation of process please ask. If a product is delivered faulty we will facilitate the replacement and exchange under the warranty process.  If customer then changes their mind on the purchase, our return policies then apply and a store credit will be given upon return of the item.
